Matt represents companies within the Central 128/95 submarket with their real estate needs. He advises his clients with the strategic planning, market intelligence, site selection, negotiation of complex leases, the financial impacts of construction costs and ultimately the implementation of real estate best practices. Prior to joining the 128 CRE team, Matt spent 6 years at Boston Realty Advisors and technology companies such as VMTurbo and Akamai Technologies.

Matt grew up in Andover and now resides in South Boston. He's spent the past 4 years volunteering as a mentor for non-profit organizations such as Minds Matter and Big Brother Big Sisters of Boston. When Matt finds free time, he is usually reading, playing hockey or fine-tuning his golf skills. Matt spends his summers in Cape Cod with his family and friends.
