Investment Sales Advisor

128 CRE is a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory firm located in Newton, MA. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Investment Sales Advisor.

The Investment Sales Advisor role will play a crucial part in assisting team members with a diverse set of tasks. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investment sales analysis, marketing coordination, business development, client tracking, database management, and closing administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks in the office as well as on the road, working on a wide range of broker-related responsibilities and growing our Investment Sales presence in the market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two (2) years of business experience
• Salespersons/brokers licenses or ability to promptly obtain one
• Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Organized, thoughtful and strategic in task management
• Strong attention to detail
• Team oriented

Summer Internship

128 CRE is seeking a Summer Intern that is interested in breaking into the Commercial Real Estate industry. This intern will have the ability to work both in the office and remotely.

Roles of the internship will include but not be limited to::

• Shadowing members of the team on property tours and listening in on deal negotiations
• Updating/Maintaining the company database
• Running property reports
• Fielding inquiries for property listings
• Coordinating marketing efforts for property listings
• Internship could lead to a post graduate job
