The Client Services Associate role will include but not be limited to assisting the members of the team with marketing coordination, client tracking and correspondence, database management, and closing administration. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two (2) years of business experience
• Salespersons/brokers licenses or ability to promptly obtain one
• Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Organized, thoughtful and strategic in task management
• Attention to detail
• Team oriented

128 CRE is seeking a Summer Intern that is interested in breaking into the Commercial Real Estate industry. This intern will have the ability to work both in the office and remotely.

• Running property reports
• Fielding inquiries for property listings
