Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for transaction closings.
- Collaborate with the leasing team on day-to-day transactional processes and client interactions.
- Participate in client meetings and gain on-the-ground leasing experience..
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Track and correspond with clients to provide smooth communication and relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of business experience
- Salespersons/brokers licenses or ability to promptly obtain one
- Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Organized, thoughtful and strategic in task management
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented
