128 CRE offers rising seniors and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate through our Summer Internship Program. Interns will gain exposure to all aspects of brokerage, including collaborating with industry professionals, assisting with property research and marketing efforts, and gaining valuable insight into commercial leasing and sales. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop key business skills with the potential for post-graduate employment.

Career & Internship Opportunities at 128 CRE
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for transaction closings.
- Collaborate with the leasing team on day-to-day transactional processes and client interactions.
- Participate in client meetings and gain on-the-ground leasing experience..
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Track and correspond with clients to provide smooth communication and relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of business experience
- Salespersons/brokers licenses or ability to promptly obtain one
- Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Organized, thoughtful and strategic in task management
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented
